To make it possible, there is an article processing charge (APC) to cover the range of the publishing services that we provide. The charges are including the provision of online tools for editors and authors, article producing and journal website hosting, article abstracting and indexing services, doi, customer services, Proofreading. During the submission, there are no charges. The APC is charged to the author when their manuscript is editorially accepted or before the publication.
